Amandes are fished with baskets in Normandy and Brittany. It is a relatively inexpensive shellfish, contains a sturdy piece of meat and is widely used on Fruit de mer dishes. The Amande is rounded, its thick shell contains a lot of meat, which is firm and has a good taste. The shell lives buried in the seabed to a depth of approximately 20 cm. Five days a week we have fresh supplies from France, after arrival these shells must be sand-free rinsed using our spring water.

The amandes can be packed in the following polystyrene boxes, if necessary. combinations can also be made between different shellfish in the poly box.

Fresh Amandes packaged under protected atmosphere: We also have the option to pack fresh amandes for you daily under protected atmosphere. These are delivered in leak-proof trays (so-called trays), which are packed in an outer box, for which we have the following options:
