Grandeur

A selected oyster from the best breeding plots in the Oosterschelde. Because of the diet with specific algae, the oyster has a light green color. It has a typical soft flavor with a hint of citrus and watermelon. The shell is hollow in shape with a green glow. Royale Grandeur

The flat oyster is the queen of oysters. Specially grown in the Grevelingen, only on top quality plots. The typical full taste of this oyster comes to the fore through algae and spring water.
